Women’s Motor Racing Championship, W Series is back!

Channel 4 will broadcast the W Series, an international single-seater motor racing competition for female drivers.

This year, Channel 4 will broadcast highlights from all ten W Series races, with the first one taking place in Miami on May 7th. Every race will be accessible on demand on All4 and will include build-up, paddock insights, and analysis.

Channel 4 will also broadcast the W Series race at Silverstone live on July 2nd as part of their coverage of the British Grand Prix Formula 1 weekend – allowing race fans the chance to watch the world's best men and women drivers in action on the same platform.

W Series, which began in 2018, has created the most professional women racing drivers of all time by removing the financial hurdles that have previously prohibited women from ascending to the upper echelons of motorsport.

This year, the series will include eighteen female drivers from across the world vying for the W Series championship title, which will be held for the third year. Jamie Chadwick, last year's champion, will be among the racers this year, along with five newcomers to the W Series.
