TRAILER: The Gallows Pole by Shane Meadows

Prepare for an adrenaline-fueled experience as the captivating trailer for Shane Meadows' thrilling three-part series, The Gallows Pole, has been released. This highly anticipated show stars Michael Socha (known for This Is England and Papillon) and Sophie McShera (recognized for Cinderella and Downton Abbey). Drawing inspiration from Benjamin Myers' book, Shane Meadows masterfully weaves fiction into the extraordinary true story of David Hartley and the notorious Cragg Vale Coiners. Unfolding against the picturesque backdrop of 18th Century Yorkshire's moorland hills, this gripping drama delves into the enigmatic life of David Hartley, portrayed by the talented Michael Socha.
