The Horne Section TV Show returns to Channel 4

Channel 4 has announced the highly anticipated return of the six-part musical sitcom featuring Alex Horne and his band, The Horne Section. Following the tremendous success of its debut season, which earned BAFTA and National Comedy Awards, this comedic gem is set to charm audiences once again.

Under the creative helm of Alex Horne and The Horne Section, who also serve as the show's creators, writers, and stars, the second series is currently in production. Joining the cast this time around is the internationally renowned musician, comedian, writer, and actor Reggie Watts, along with the critically acclaimed comic Tim Key. Special guest appearances from the hilarious John Oliver also makes a comeback. The returning cast includes the talented Desiree Burch (Live At The Apollo), Georgia Tennant (Staged), and Camille Ucan (Lee and Dean). Additionally, the second series welcomes the comedic prowess of Ronni Ancona (Friday Night Live), Kiell Smith-Bynoe (Ghosts), Stevie Martin (8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown), and Anna Crilly (Horrible Histories: The Movie).
