Celebrity Antiques Road Trip series 12 line-up

The highly anticipated twelfth series of the popular factual entertainment show, Celebrity Antiques Road Trip, is set to return to BBC Two next week. The star-studded lineup for this year includes winners from Love Island, beloved contestants from Strictly Come Dancing, '80s music icons, and the one and only 'The GC'...

Stepping away from the usual scenes of the villa, Love Island victors Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu and Davide Sanclimenti are venturing into the world of antique valuations. Crowned the nation's favorite couple on the reality phenomenon in 2022, they are now set to compete head-to-head in uncovering captivating antiques and maximizing profits at auction.

Davide, reflecting on his time on the show, shares, "Being a part of Celebrity Antiques Road Trip was an absolute delight - from the nostalgic joy of stepping into a vintage car, to the excitement of buying and selling antiques."

He continues, "Ekin and I had a friendly competition and enjoyed supporting each other throughout the journey. This experience taught me a great deal about antiques, revealing that appearances can be deceiving; an item may seem valuable, but its true worth might lie in sentimental value."

Alongside Ekin-Su and Davide, an eclectic array of celebrities graces the lineup, including Strictly Come Dancing professional Amy Dowden and past contestant Sara Davies, entrepreneur and reality star Gemma Collins, accompanied by her friend Melvin Odoom from BBC Radio 1, and '80s popstar duo Samantha Fox and Sinitta.

The series, comprising 20 exciting episodes, commences on Tuesday, October 10. The first episode features the husband-and-wife comedy duo Paul Merton and Suki Webster taking the wheel of one of the show's classic cars. Following this, the news anchor siblings Geeta and Krishnan Guru-Murthy lead the way in the second episode, which airs on Wednesday, October 11, on BBC Two and iPlayer.

Celebrity Antiques Road Trip, which is produced by STV Studios and has been a staple of BBC Two's and iPlayer's autumn schedule since 2011, sees pairs of famous faces travelling across the UK alongside some of the country's finest antiques experts to hunt for hidden treasures and compete to see who can auction them off for the most money.

The experts accompanying the celebrities on their Road Trip adventures this year are Serhat Ahmet, Angus Ashworth, Izzie Balmer, James Braxton, Margie Cooper, Charles Hanson, David Harper, Roo Irvine, Hettie Jago, Ishy Khan, Paul Laidlaw, Irita Marriott, Tim Medhurst, Steven Moore, Natasha Raskin Sharp, Philip Serrell and Catherine Southon.

Celebrity Antiques Road Trip is executive produced by John Redshaw and Joe Sharp for STV Studios.

Celebrity Antiques Road Trip begins on Tuesday 10 October at 7pm on BBC Two and iPlayer.
