The series features a stellar cast, including Fleur Geffrier ("Das Boot," "Elle") as Camille Léger and Tomohisa Yamashita ("The Head," "Tokyo Vice," "Alice in Borderland") as Issei Tomine. The entire first season is currently available for streaming on Apple TV+.

Since its premiere, "Drops of God" has garnered significant acclaim from both critics and audiences, achieving a perfect 100% critics' score and a Certified Fresh rating on Rotten Tomatoes. Described as an "unusual, stylish, hugely entertaining drama," the series has been lauded as a "hidden gem" and a "thrill to watch" for its elegant and captivating storytelling.

In the highly anticipated second season, Camille and Issei embark on a formidable new quest to uncover the origin of the world's most exquisite wine—a secret even the renowned Alexandre Léger could not solve. Their journey, filled with trials and tests, will take them to remote and diverse locations around the globe, challenging them to confront their inner demons and transforming them in profound ways.

Season two will see the return of director Oded Ruskin, known for his work on "No Man's Land" and "Absentia," who also directed the first season. The series was originally created by Quoc Dang Tran, the mind behind "Marianne" and "Parallels," with production led by Klaus Zimmermann of "Trapped" fame. "Drops of God" season two is set to premiere exclusively on Apple TV+, except in Japan.
