Dr Simon Singh today described how "Thousands of tourists risk their lives using 'useless' homeopathic malaria treatments."

Dr Simon Singh visited 10 clinics which all sold his investigator "remedies" for up to £75 after they said they were visiting areas that are plagued by the deadly disease.

At this time of year many people are travelling off to far reaching places in Asia where Malaria is prevelent, usually when people visit such places a quick trip to the Doctor is in order so you can "get your jabs" but with the ever increasing belief in homeopathic remedies people are seriously risking infection and potentially death.

Dr Simon Singh told The Sun newspaper:
"I was shocked... homeopathy dupes people into thinking they're protected when they aren't"

And thats the problem, how many people will have to die before the Government bans these homeopathic remedies.

It's one thing when these tablets are taken and used as a placebo to help with a headache, but we are talking about deadly diseases here.

How long before parents stop immunising their children against TB, and instead give their child some Homeopathic remedy instead?

BadPsychics along with Dr Simon Singh would advise EVERYONE who is travelling to an exotic destination for their holidays to visit your GP or Travel clinic.

Dont be a fool and get yourself killed, do the right thing and see a trained professional who can help you.
