All those comments were made BEFORE the Brent and Harrow Trading Standards Authority gave Gary a verbal warning about the "Rodger Andrews" testimonial. He was obviously aware of the Cancer Act but wasn't quite careful enough with the wording of the original testimonial, which has now been removed from one of his sites and rephrased on another. Gary's open admission that he IS playing with words to avoid breaking the law is also noteworthy.

Did you notice the copyright symbol? Gary didn't, or more likely he assumed that Indigo Children aren't subject to silly old laws like the rest of us. Yes, BrainGym is a
copyrighted technique - instructors have to be formally trained and registered before they can use it. We know that in addition to giving a bizarre description of it in an online Q&A session Gary has used BrainGym in at least one of his workshops. Kay McCarroll of BrainGym informed me that the company has never heard of Gary Mannion and that his description of the technique is innacurate. The company has written to Gary warning him that he is using their trademark illegally, and that further action will be taken if he continues to do so.

ad nauseum, as they do on his testimonials. And Gary seems to be using the word "proof" in an entirely new way...
