But Lynda isn't merely a Mannion associate, she has a magic wand. And she's not afraid to use it! It's time for a closer look at "Lynda Jakiro NAET, EFT Adv. Allergy Therapist"

However, before we're tempted to thank Lynda for her refreshing straightforwardness in this matter, let's have a closer look at her activities outside the Mannion camp. Her abilities - Master Reiki Teacher, Massage and EFT Practitioner - enabled her to get a job at the Wyndham Centre in Hatton Garden, an establishment founded by physiotherapist Alison Wyndham:

The types of treatment available at the Wyndham Centre are a grab-bag of New Age crackpottery: craniosacral therapy, reflexology, Reiki, Shiatsu, naturopathy, energy healing, acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine, aura and chakra reading, homeopathy...you can even seek the aid of Life Coach Jill Fosket, whose advice presumably doesn't include "Stop living in the middle ages and face reality". What any of this has to do with cancer care, other than providing more evidence for our old friend the placebo effect, I simply cannot imagine.
Lynda doesn't merely confine herself to ABE Healing and the Wyndham Centre, though. Her website -

I feel passionately that anyone who claims to perform it and charges to do so should be either a)fined heavily, or b)sent for a psychiatric evaluation. Still, it sounds like a nice little earner for anyone blissfully free of commonsense and/or conscience:

So there you have it - Lynda's Allergy Magic is the bastard child of two nonsensical but lucrative brands of New Age baloney. The theory itself is bog standard pseudo-scientific tripe but I love its name. "Nambutripad's Allergy Elimination Technique" - it sounds rather like the magic spells used by the wizards of Discworld's Unseen University, with the obvious difference that it doesn't actually work other than through the placebo effect. Many people have been astounded by the results of these treatments and some very sensitive clients can actually feel me working on them even if I haven’t let them know at the time.
There may be a healing reaction; for example, you may need to use the toilet, there may be a headache, an emotion may rise to the surface to be released, or some other reaction, but it is nothing to worry about. These treatments are very safe. It actually shows you that something is happening.
Do not be dismayed if during the first hour or two of treatment you have not become better. It can take some time, and some items may need three or four treatments.
