BBC Three Unveils First Look and Premiere Date for Wreck Series Two

Prepare for another blood-soaked adventure as BBC Three gears up to unleash the highly anticipated second series of the acclaimed comedy horror Wreck. With new pictures released and a premiere date locked in for Tuesday, March 26, fans can brace themselves for another thrilling ride through the twisted world created by Ryan J. Brown.

Following the shocking conclusion of the first series, Wreck series two plunges viewers back into the action, picking up in the aftermath of the harrowing events that unfolded. As Jamie, Vivian, and their band of survivors regroup on land, they embark on a daring mission to take down Velorum, the nefarious corporation responsible for Jamie's sister's demise. Their target: an exclusive 'wellness' festival for millionaires nestled in the remote Slovenian countryside. But as they delve deeper undercover, tensions rise, alliances shift, and the stakes couldn't be higher.

Oscar Kennedy (Ladhood), Thaddea Graham (Sex Education), and Jodie Tyack (Noughts + Crosses) lead the returning cast, joined by familiar faces Anthony Rickman, Amber Grappy, and Peter Claffey, among others. Screen legend Alan Dale (The OC, Lost) adds his formidable presence to the ensemble, alongside a slew of new cast members, including Phil Martin, Orlando Norman, and Shaheen Jafargholi.

Commissioned by Fiona Campbell, Controller of Youth Audience at BBC Three and BBC iPlayer, Wreck series two is a production of Euston Films, with support from Northern Ireland Screen. Executive producers Noemi Spanos, Ryan J. Brown, Chris Baugh, and Nick Lambon ensure the series maintains its gripping intensity, while producer Brendan Mullin and directors Chris Baugh and Louis Paxton bring Brown's vision to life with visceral flair.

Fans eager to dive into the next chapter of Wreck won't have to wait long. All six episodes will be available for streaming on BBC iPlayer from 6 am on March 26, with BBC Three airing the series from 10 pm the same night. With its blend of heart-pounding thrills and dark humor, Wreck series two promises to be an unforgettable experience for audiences craving adrenaline-fueled entertainment.
