The end is near for one of British TV's most chaotic and beloved crews. Sky has dropped the first teaser and images for Brassic Series 7, confirming it'll be the last time we ride with Vinnie and the gang. It's not just the end of a series. It's the end of an era.
This seventh outing isn't pulling any punches. The teaser is heavy with that familiar mix of humour and heart, while also leaning into the nostalgia of everything the show's done so well across six previous series. There's talk of old enemies, unexpected reunions, and big choices on the horizon. It looks like Vinnie and the gang won't be going quietly.
Joe Gilgun returns as Vinnie, alongside Ryan Sampson, Michelle Keegan, Aaron Heffernan, Parth Thakerar, Joanna Higson, Steve Evets and Bhavna Limbachia. The whole core cast is back for one last mission. And if the teaser's anything to go by, the final series will be packed with all the usual mischief, plus a few curveballs for good measure.
Since it first arrived, Brassic has built a loyal fanbase by never taking itself too seriously, even when it had something to say. That balance of chaos and character has earned it awards, nominations, and fifty full episodes of fast-paced, foul-mouthed, surprisingly heartfelt telly. It's rare for a show like this to run so long without losing its spark. Somehow, Brassic has kept the flame burning.
This final series will mark the end of an unlikely success story. A show that started off as a bit of a madcap comedy with a rough edge and ended up as one of Sky's flagship dramas. And even with all the madness, it's always been about loyalty. About friendship. About sticking together when everything else falls apart.
Brassic Series 7 lands later this year on Sky and NOW. Until then, the full back catalogue is there to binge. Just don't expect a quiet goodbye.
