Returning to the universe of TNT's hit movie franchise, The Librarian, this new series centers on an ancient organization hidden beneath the Metropolitan Public Library dedicated to protecting an unknowing world from the secret, magical reality hidden all around. This group solves impossible mysteries, fights supernatural threats and recovers powerful artifacts, including the Ark of the Covenant, the Spear of Destiny and Excalibur.

Rebecca Romijn as Eve Baird: a counter-terrorism agent who protects the group.

Christian Kane as Jacob Stone: an Oklahoma cowboy and a genius with an IQ of 190 and extensive knowledge of art history and architecture.

Lindy Booth as Cassandra Cillian: a mathematician who has the special gift of auditory and sensory hallucinations linked to memory retrieval.

John Kim as Ezekiel Jones: a "master of technologies" and fan of classic crimes who enjoys playing the role of international man of mystery.

John Larroquette as Jenkins: the quartet's reluctant, sometimes cantankerous caretaker; he has worked at The Library's branch office "for longer than anyone knows" and has extensive knowledge of ancient lore.

Matt Frewer as Dulaque: the mysterious immortal leader of the Serpent Brotherhood and the show's antagonist.

Noah Wyle as Flynn Carsen: the main protagonist of the films, who reunites a new team with Eve at charge.

Jane Curtin as Charlene: a doleful library employee who interviewed Flynn for the job of 'The Librarian'.

Bob Newhart as Judson: a past Librarian, who now acts as a mentor to those who take up the mantle.
